Description

This is my first picture of Victini! I do love that little guy. Especially since they don't give you very many fire guys in the beginning. (and psychic to boot!) Plus, he is one of the cutest legendaries, next to Mew. I love this little dude and hope to doodle more of him!
I tried that shading that I tried on the Palkia doodle. I like it. I think I might use it more often. I hope you guys like it. I think it turned out okay.
