Great work for a doodle. I really like the motion you created in this image. Only the had seems a bit to blurry and unfinished to me. It doesn't come out as well as the rest of the body.

You know what works great in doodling with traditional mediums try to dip some toilet paper in watery ink and use it to make shapes and figures. You'll always find some weird blob that gives a extra effect or detail and it also makes your work more interesting. You should try it out. It will also make you illustration darker and it will give it more motion. But It better to work with that medium on a larger sheet of paper like a3 or bigger.
