I drew this back right after the episode where Jasper revealed Pink Diamond's existence. I'm reuploading it now because I got the outfit kind of close haha.

still kinda leaning towards the Rose is Pink Diamond theory......

At least with that theory come to light in-series, this is as good a guess as any as to the outfit of a true Rose Quartz, like the many bubbled in Pink Diamond's zoo.
