This is Noctis! He is one of my ROTTMNT ocs that I spent 33 hours drawing :’)

-He’s a bat yokai that often hangs out in the human world. He has a disguise, but chooses not to use it at night because why not??
-The bat librarian from that one episode is his grandmother. He was pretty much raised back and forth from her to taking care of himself. He likes his grandma, but that’s the extent of his connection to her.
-Avid “Sky-boarder”. Mikey has wanted to join him in surfing the night winds, but he won’t bother teaching him on the grounds that the sport is only for flyers.
-Mikey’s one of his closest friends.
-Honestly does not care if humans see him. He only disguises himself because if he didn’t, he would probably be hunted every time he set foot in the human world.
-To be perfectly honest, he is already being hunted by humans, but only by cryptid hunters that perceive the very few sightings of him as a New-York “Mothman”
Thats pretty much it for now :> I really like him.
