Ability: PickpocketArsene was the son of a well-known nobleman in Castanet, but due to the actions of the guilds, his family lost everything and became forsaken by the public. His father fell into depression and he became determined to reclaim his family's glory and seek revenge on the guilds. In his heart he is a kind and good man but he is more than willing to break a few eggs for what he believes is right. He's very cunning and manipulative; acts a bit like a grandfather to the members of the Outcasts despite not being that old.
