I always wanted to draw something like this.
The Sonic series always seems to be cheerful and bright, so seeing your heroes hurt is still a rare sight.
Sonic is not going to die. He just took a shot, which was aimed at Amy, but being the hero he is, he took that shot instead to protect her.

It was actually the amazing comic by , that inspired me to draw this, even though this scene never happened.
