Autism and All by Autie-Biographical on DeviantArt (original) (raw)

I don't think that is what that statement means. I mean, yeah I'm autistic, I'm not shy about sharing it. "I just see you as you" isn't bad. My mom says that my austism is part of my me, my personality. Its what makes me, me. If someone sees you as you, they are seeing your autism, to them its not them pointing it out, they are seeing how you are because of everything. Autism is part of what makes you you, so when they say they see you, they see the autism too, they may not see the autistic traits right away, but they see your personality formed by life and autism.
