(app name: concepts) sorry, I don't recommend this one. the art looks good but it is a pain to use. there is no paint bucket tool that I could find, I had to color in everything with the brush tool. the app is extremely laggy, and when you try to erase it erases things from other layers. instead of a color wheel where you can easily darken colors, you have to choose a specific color from a panel. do not use this one.
