I am in agreement with the first critique, in that the first thing that stands out to me is the hair. The combination of the shadowing, the lighting/shine and the way it sits on her head makes the hair the most realistic aspect of the drawing. I have not played FFXIII--so I'm not familiar with this particular character--but I do recognize that the style of your drawing perfectly matches that of square-enix's characters in its FF games past VIII.
Criticisms would be nitpicky, since overall this is a well-drawn and nicely shaded piece, but would include:
Her face seems too perfect to me. It's mostly a personal preference but the "pretty girl" art I find most appealing usually includes some type of minor facial imperfection or blemish that makes the face more unique and relatable. Maybe a *minor* wrinkle around the eyes or nose;
The ear may have a little more definition. I hate drawing ears, so I usually pay very little attention to them but I think they're always really noticeable from side views; and
Maybe a bit more definition on the collarbone? Unless you were trying to downplay her femininity. But I think it would looks good since there is an emphasis on the necklace.
Otherwise, that's it! I still keep looking at the pencilwork on the hair. Great job.
