Watching Chicle ice skate is undoubtedly cute,but I doubt they would ever allow grade school kids in the Olympics.

There are three basic flaws with this painting:

The originality is all there,the Vancouver Olympic logo,all your major young female characters,regardlessly.

It is still confusing what exactly your chibi interpretations are exactly doing. Just free floating around the canvas.

The camera angle for the stadium is making it look like it's being broadcasted live,with the background glares.
Focusing all on Chicle on the center stage.

But sadly,seeing Chicle's leg being cut off from the rest of the picture,it seems she's just posing for the picture than ice skating for the judges.

Also,there is no eccentric movement and not much energy at all. You could use Olympic still images for references.

The outfit came out great,with the frills on the arm sleeves. As well as the different colored outfits for the rest of the group.

But outfits for the Olympic ice skating are more based off dancing than wearing a skin tight suits relying on speed.

You kind of got those two confused.

Ice skating is more visual and dancing.

Speed skating is more about speed.
