Getting there! I put his body in for a junk cast today. I need to do a mother mold, then I can do a cast. I used Oomoo, which is cheap but not real strong silicone. I just wanted to get a reference cast so that when I cut up his body I'm not losing size. When you cut up the body for jointing you can lose up to half an inch of doll or so, just from cutting and shaping. But you'll never know unless you remember exactly what the original looked like(just measuring doesn't seem to work for me).
