Lore: All Level 4 Thunder monsters you control gain ATK equal to half of their DEF. You can only use each of the following effects of "Perfect Storm" once per turn. You can discard 1 card; add 1 "Thunder Nyan Nyan" or 1 monster or Trap that mentions it from your Deck to your hand. If this card and/or a "Thunder Nyan Nyan" you control would be returned to the hand, destroyed, or banished by an activated card effect, you can shuffle 1 of your "Thunder Nyan Nyan" that is either in your GY or banished into the Deck instead.
