Bart gets sacrificed first!!!

I like to think Bart wants to play the guitar so bad but doesn't really put in the time to really learn how to play... good. But now occasionally you might see him flashing it around and pretending like he's a big shot— which he so wants to be.

Bart is that one guy that everyone knows that picks up a new hobby every week but ultimately ends up walking away from it because the interest died or something else caught their attention (or the secret third option that nobody wants to hear; they weren't instantly good at it.) I don't really have to say I think Bart is this way, I know Bart is this way. A, he has ADHD and B, well, Bart's spotlight in the episode "The Otto Show" is a great example of just everything I'm trying to portray here and was ultimately my inspiration for this portion. Though I think we all kinda agree that Bart is pretty punk rock anyways.

Tldr: he likes to play, but he's not good, LOL.

Also I wanna talk about Barts sic tats too!

I went into this wanting to give Bart sleeves but I can't do that. You have to keep in mind that I do intend to draw more of this version of him so I HAVE to keep it, y'know, tame. For my sanity. He probably couldn't afford that anyways. Just pretend like it's extravagant!

I spent AGES sifting through iconic Simpsons symbols that would work as a cool tat in universe— If that makes sense? Like, okay, the pink donut is one of the most iconic Simpsons symbols besides one of the characters, buuuut... I just don't think that's really a sic tatty, y'know? Especially for Bart Simpson who is RUGGED! (No shade on people with donut tattoos, I happen to love donuts myself.) And I didn't want to do something like Krusty either because— and I know in one of the future episodes Bart was shown with a Krusty tattoo— but the Krusty show is, in universe, a kids show, no? But I know! I know! Krusty is Bart's idol and the show is very significant to him and yadda yadda yadda! And to that I'd say, you're absolutely right dear reader. So I used an Itchy and Scratchy tat as a substitute. Bart is giving Itchy instead of Scratchy but Itchy was giving too much Mickey Mouse vibes so ultimately decided to go with Scratchy. I left in my original design though just so you could see what I mean.

I also really love the Blinky tattoo a lot but ironically I don't have much to say about it. It's sorta an extra hybrid fish being a cross of Blinky and a koi fish. Koi fish have a long list of symbolic meanings and I'll let you fill in the blanks yourself.

Then there's the classic "Mother" tattoo, here's your daily dose of nostalgia for classic Simpsons. It doesn't get much more classic than that. Although the tattoo itself is far from class, I'd say it's moreso truant.

And finally, the clouds. Ah the clouds, now I'd call that one the centerpiece. I think it's probably one of the most overlooked Simpsons symbols despite being right in your face at the beginning of every episode. Also doesn't Bart kinda strike you as a person who has their head in the clouds?

And what is he doing now? Well the same things hes always done, but he's older now, so give or take a few things.
