Description

Watercolor painting of Fenris from Dragon Age II that I did in 2017. I remember having a lot of problems with this image-- the upmost of which was that I didn't pre-sketch anything onto the paper before I started working which ended up biting me in the ass. The other issue was that my brush broke and dumped pigment everywhere. (I have a really nifty set of watercolor brushes that you can fill with water/ink. Just a little squeeze every now and then keeps the paint flowing but unfortunately my cat had gotten to one of the brushes so when I squeezed, it cracked open.) I managed to blot up a lot of the excess color but a lot of the paint had really settled into the nose area. Despite the issues I think it turned out 'okay'.
