Dear kiddo,
You have no idea how hard it was to reach you, given how how your mother is. I'm sure you have many questions, which I'll try to clear up. I'll start from the beggining. Me and your mother hadn't had the best relationship, so when we had you and your sibling, a lot of fights broke out. After a long time, we decided that you'll stay with your mother, and your sister with me. For a few months your sister stayed with me, in my cramped flat, but in the end I decided that living in a Lampery, with actually good care, would be better for your sibling. Simply out of curiosity I reached out to your mother to see how you are doing, and imagine my suprise when she told me that she abandoned you in a nearby lampery. I'm not reaching you to ask for forgiveness or anything similiar, but to give you a chance to find your sibling. I'm leaving the details on the backside of this letter.
