Another custom NextGen! for eodeod, this time a Sunburst-Filthy Rich kid. Getting a proper color scheme for his mane was actually way harder than I was originally imagining.

Note: For those who don't know, a windfall can be a 'piece of sudden unexpected fortune'. With sun and money it made sense to be the codename.
