It says I was accepted, but I can't post anything. What is the reason?

Here is my last black and white photo:

And one short video:

Because I put the group on indefinite hiatus back in 2015, and never came back. My last post to the group's journal explained most of my reasons for that.

The group is on indefinite hiatus"Indefinite" is not a synonym for "permanent." I'm not saying that this group won't be back. I'm just not sure when it will be, or even if it will be. All that I can say for sure is that if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have bothered to set up this group in the first place. It has not (to date) been a worthwhile use of my time. The problem (at best) has been the same one, over and over - a well developed case of special snowflake syndrome on the part of too many people joining the group, as they find that (as usual) they've been enabled by DeviantArt's troll-friendly employees. In this case, I refer to DeviantArt's idiotic decision to allow for unlimited crossposting of deviations. Not that DeviantArt is alone in its idiocy on this point, Flickr doing the same stupid thing, but the consequences of this foolish choice on the part of the company should come as a surprise to nobody. We get a lot of spamming in these groups. I mean, a lot, and dealing with it gets tiring.

Those reasons would have been more than enough, on their own, but there were more. During the time when I was willing to be bothered with DeviantArt, I found it to be one of the most troll-infested and troll-friendly sites I had ever had the misfortune of encountering. I logged out, left, and haven't missed it, since.

You seemed frustrated, and I don't like to see people feeling that way, so I answered your question, but having done so, I'll be leaving. Group moderation was never anything other than a source of aggravation for me, and I don't miss it.

That it is. It lives on, now, only as an archive.
