Oh god, I felt my hear shatter when I read this part! I was cursing Crowfeather out so much saying, "SHE LOVED YOU!!!!" or "YOU JACKASS, YOU HAVE KITS TOGETHER!!!"

Totaol drama bomb went off in my brain...

So! This is in the sixth book of the box set POWER OF THREE. When Hollyleaf(Leafpool and Crowfeather daughter) revealed the truth about who she and her brothers Lionblaze and Jayfeather's real parents were. Oh man, I felt bad for Brambleclaw the most. He really thought he was their real father, and to be told that. I can't even imagine the pain in that, and in Squirrelflight for taking the heat on that. But I felt even worse for Leafpool when Crowfeather said she and their kits meant nothing to him at all.

Then, I read Omen of the Stars. I read one scene, ONE, that told me he still loved her. Somewhere in his heart he did.
