Description

My version of Cut Man from the Mega Man games and various other medias. Love the guy, and he does get a bit of role in my story line. Actually, most of the Light Robots will, although I'm debating on if Time Man and Oil Man should be in it. =/

Also, story had a tentative title of 'Deceptive Cadence'. Yaay, musical terminology. XD
