Oh I love how this turned out!
The scales took like forever though :phew: So I hope you can see them...

Anyway, this is 's character, Skye. It's such an awesome character and I have been wanting to do a fanart for a long time O.O

And I tried to use her technique of making clouds. It turned out very well actually, but not as good as hers of course :/

Here Skye is suppose to look younger, because the muzzle is shorter... Well, his face looks a little different xD But I hope you like it...
