Uploading spree, lol! It's Suicune again ^^ I give permission to to use this.
I did the sketch and most of the colouring last night *snores* And for a picture I didn't really care about, it came out quite well! Of course, the scanner had to be evil and go OM NOM NOM on the tints and stuff...

Lineart: None, sketched with a pencil
Colouring: Prismacolour colour pencils and a few Copic Ciao markers
Paper: 8.5x11 white cardstock
Time Taken: About 3 ~ 4 hours
