The Scientist - Carlos - Welcome To Night Vale

Carlos to go with Cecil:

Even though we have a description of what Carlos looks like, he still turned out harder to draw than the character we don't have any physical description for other than 'not tall or short, neither fat nor thin' or something like that.

It's a face that seen some shit. ok. Mostly gelatinous clocks that don't exist.

I tried. That's all I've got. I'm done.
