Here is a custom laserdisc cover for An American Tail, with the addition of the Image Entertainment logo.

The opening to the Image Entertainment/MCA-Universal laserdisc of An American Tail would be, as seen in the video link above:

1. Image Entertainment's own FBI Warning (“Motion Pictures and Laser Videodiscs” / “Title 17, US Code, Sec. 104” version)
2. Image Entertainment logo (1989-1998) with "The Finest In Laser Videodiscs" byline and "A FEATURE PRESENTATION" bumper
3. MCA/Universal Home Video logo (1990-1998)

There would be a second disc with bonus material.

Side A would have:

-the theatrical trailer

-the music video for “Somewhere Out There” by James Ingram and Linda Ronstadt

Side B would have :

-A (what if) “behind-the-scenes”/“making of” documentary on An American Tail, complete with interviews by Don Bluth and Steven Spielberg, the cast and crew and even animation/film historians including Leonard Maltin.
