It had been a long day for Melinda.

Most of the morning was spent in court and the afternoon was filled with meetings with clients along with the tenants of the Crane Corporate Centre. After completing some minor repair work in the building (thanks super strength and electric abilities ) she just wanted to go home and relax with John and the kids. Making her way through the adjacent parking garage that they recently purchased (and, to her dismay, noticed more work that needed to be done) she sighed, opened the car door, and tossed her bag into the passenger seat. As she settled in and started the car, her phone rang.

"Hey Tess, you on your way home from practice?"

"Not quite. Shatachna has dispatched some shadow monsters on campus..."

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah. I was able to take out the first wave but I could use some help with this group. Plus you know when Shatachna's monsters arrive, Potentia may not be too far behind."

Mindy stepped out, closed the door, and found a secluded area in the garage. Grasping her crisp white blouse, she pulled it open, exposing the familiar gold "M" stretched across a field of sapphire.

"I'm on my way."
