My advice for her: if you are trapped underwater with no chance to catch any air: open your eyes, shut your mouth and never gulp water down into your lungs and never exhale the remaining air out of your lungs.. stay clam like this for 15 or 20 minutes, maybe rescue will arrive... Well I think none of this seems comfortable for her..
