This is Bluebelle, a dark mage aligned with a religious organization known to many as The Ravens.

They believe in Dreamism, a belief in which reality is but a dream in the mind of The Creator, and everything we do in said dream determines our afterlife.

Bluebelle is hopelessly devoted to this cause and by extension the Allmother Primrose.

It's difficult, though, for her to find her true self past her determined purpose.

Trivia:

- She's a lesbian

- She's autistic

- One of her special interests is birds

- The first being she reanimated is actually a crow named Edgar

- While she may appear quite scary, and frankly kind of is, she has a secret sweet tooth.

- Weapon of choice is a scythe specially made for The Ravens.
