Once an engineering student, Alain began working on a project that would turn the circuit board as we know it into something greater... the Circuit Sphere! An amorphous compilation of nanobots that could flow into various shapes rather then simply stay as a rectangular board.
After the 17th attempt... she had done it. Numbers 18 and 19... working models at last. Unfortunately... 18 (Red) and 19 (Green) grew consciousness... and boy, they were not happy.
They fused into Alain's body, turning her into the circuit human she is today. She's appropriately named the two, "The Duos". They constantly drive her mad... always going on about, "consume this", or "destroy that".
I REALLY had fun with this design.
