"Above All," the motto of the Overlords, symbolic of their solidarity in raising themselves above all other forces to overshadow the Earth.

An excellent group commission by showing the Overlords reveling in their nefarious intentions for Earth via a creepy ceremony. It's also a handy example of the general hierarchy of the group, with the four main "masterminds" interested in conquering Earth gathered together around a facsimile of the globe, while the top row represents the members who're more about other, less materialistic goals and are more comfortable being the attack dogs/muscle of the group.
