Francis lacks a royal title, (for being a bastard child, and taken in by a kind uncle) but still gets to enjoy the luxury of being one anyway. More streetwise than his cousin , and knows to handle a pistol and rapier. But than after the Storm Lord attacked the Prince's vessel, he'd became separated from Siegfried by a strange sea creature and left Francis on his own, and was later found by pirates, fortunately they've needed a cabin boy. Years later, Francis was taught in the ways of a pirate. (while also letting himself go a bit after feeling ashamed of failing to save Siegfried believing he died) However his mentor made sure to focus more a being decent sailor instead of becoming a criminal. (but without learning a few cons and tricks) Francis would soon be free to be on his own, and to find his way back to his royal family...
