A celestial sapien is omnipotent, but limited by the agreement of his multiple consciences that increase throughout his life, and also by his universal reach, that is, his powers affect only one universe, being able to destroy it, recreate it and manipulate its structure as much as he wants, but never more than one universe at a time. The ultimate celestial sapien has overcome this limitation, and can cause changes in many universes at once.
