Let me tell you the story behind these boots.

I bought some boots off eBay that were supposed to be (a) PVC [they got that part right], (b) knee-height, and (c) the tongues could change different colors. However, after waiting for about two weeks, I got these. I emailed the person and they told me to ship them back--but they refused delivery! So I got these boots back, and I'm having to scrape my money from their quivering hands, and I guess I'm stuck with a pair of boots I'm not allowed to wear at the age of fifteen for a while.

BTW, they were easy to walk in with the heels and all. Tells you a lot about me...
