I just love how season 4 still contribute to the Spiritshipping train by having the scene where they reunited look like a previous scene between them in season 3, and still showing how much that they care about each other the most than any other character in this show as I already talked about in the description here: Why I Ship Spiritshipping by CallMeBlackBeauty on DeviantArt

And what also supports this ship to ne semi-canon is just how much Judai/Jaden and Johan/Jesse like to touch each other and even look at each other too!
