This is Whitney. No, she's not a new character but rather one of my neighbors in Animal Crossing: Wild World. Whitney is my favorite neighbor. Here she is sporting a lovely Bodice shirt with a bug net. Her little quote is "snappy" which is something she pretty much says after finishing every paragraph.
