hinamatsuri 雛祭
the Girls' Festival
the 3rd painting for the trilogy about the festival on the 3rd day of the 3rd month in japan. all your bad spirits are put into the dolls and floated down the river on small boats as an act of purification. looks like there are some bad spirits in the fish, though.
i just finished this in time to get a pic with disappearing daylight (on this 3rd day of the 3rd month, 2012).
