Description

Realizing that she could not beat Android 21 if she continued to fight, Pan decided to use her secret "Spirit Bomb.

But 21 also had an idea.

In order to complete the Spirit Bomb, Pan had to keep her hands up, and 21 took advantage of her inability to resist and started tickling her stomach.

Pan was so tickled in her weak spot that she struggled to keep from bringing her arms down.
