NieR is an outrageously underrated game. Sure, the gameplay could use some refining, but I feel it completely made up for it with story, characters and soundtrack. For this portrait, I chose Emil because he's probably one of the best characters in the game. They all have their sad story, but to me Emil is the one that got me the most out of all the protagonists, and I really love his design! Drawing his staff almost killed me a little inside, but it was a fun challenge. ^_^
I am SO happy that NieR: Automata is coming out soon; it'll be an immediate buy for me!
