Description

This sketch sprang from the Rockman.EXE fanfic idea I've had bangin' around in my head for the longest time but don't have the time to really write. I really like how Netto (didn't finish his hand o.o) and Meiru came out. Enzan's not that bad, but his hair annoys me. I figured he'd have long hair like Blues so I drew it long. And Netto looks like a bad ass, just like I like 'em XD
