Description

My OC' Rou circa 1790. I had an urge to draw some big hair and some gaudy vintage fashion so I indulged myself. This is supposed to be the beginning stages of him utilizing his psychic abilities.

update: changed his face and gave him more of a suitable expression. Fuller lips, Changed nose position and thicker eyebrows...his design evolves all the time while staying exactly the same lol God i need to remember to post things when I rework them.
