I know the feeling. It’s that aweful feeling of physically being able to walk but mentally, you’re trapped in a place so dark that you don’t know what to do and look for a way out in any possible answer. and the more you look, the more every answer gets you further down until you realize you havent left your house in days or more because the day hurts as much as being alone
