It's not "Chung-Li", my children. It's Chun Li.
Shes my fave.. The first time I played Street Fighter was May 1st 1992 @ the Kwik Sack in Junction City Kansas. I was 11. some of you weren't born.
anyway, made on Tegaki E & the funny txt there is based on a comic @ Ctrl+Alt+Del [link]
(which I have no affiliation with what-so-ever)(but this strip is OH SO TRUE)

**edit: I am almost certain this is exactly what her dress looks like.. yes, I'm quite sure.
