The "EVERYONE IS HERE!" thing got to me. I tried to make it as authentic as possible. I know I missed a few things but I hope I made it look close enough. I know. I hate the fact that the damage meter's portraits all have different styles too.

I also tried putting characters who have a small shot at the roster. So I had some logic in my picks:
Chun-Li: whenever Capcom has a crossover game, Ryu and Chun-Li are always in it. So I felt that Chun-Li wouldn't be far behind if Ryu was chosen.
Heihachi: Masahiro Sakurai had an interest in getting the old geezer into Smash. The problem was just properly putting in his moves.
Scorpion: In the unlikely event that Mortal Kombat will have someone in Smash, it'll either be Scorpion or Sub-zero due to them practically being the faces of the franchise.
Orchid: In the unlikely event Killer Instinct gets to put someone in, Jago would probably be in it. He is the face on the cover. But I don't have sprite edits of him like Orchid here so the chick who flashes people to death is here.
Sora: It's Kingdom Hearts. Really big game series also owned by the same guys who own Cloud.
Tron Bonne: She'd probably end up as trophy like Zero is confirmed to be so she's a trophy here.
Captain Commando: Uh, he challenges Captain Falcon? Honestly, he doesn't really have a chance since his own game never become a series. Maybe an assist trophy
