First off, nice work on the clean outline, coloring & shading. I love to see the 'fresh' simple style, it's fun to look at (I couldn't even reach this level of outline smoothness unless if I use a vector-based software XD). I don't really see a flaw to point out in this one, you did well in general composition and technique already.

But I could give a bit of improvement suggestion if you're interested:

. I'm curious about what story you're actually trying to depict here. The character looks like playing the role of santa mysteriously coming and going at night giving out presents. If that what you wanted I'd suggest to give out more impression on the "mysterious but joyful" more by adding a bit more colors on the sky, e.g: add a lighter blue gradient on the bottom, add stars, and a shooting star maybe. Also I believe the moon could use a brighter glow.^^

. Since the character is facing againts the light source (full moon), he could use a few highlights on some parts like his hat, ear tip, the sack, and the tail. That would integrate him more to the background scenery. This also applies on the faraway tree because they suppose to reflect the moonlight.

. You might want to add a few lumps/globs of snow on this shoes to indicate the snowy ground.^^

But overall I think you really did a good job on this one already, you've got already that sense of balance for the whole composition, good technique on the pose and cartoony proportion. There's a potential in your works. Keep on drawing, merry belated Christmas and happy new year!~
