Its been a hard couple of months for Oriole. Ever since Tina left The Fraternity to process her new found truth, and build up something honest, Oriole has had to deal with the fact her best friend was gone and didn’t know when she’d return. She’s messaged her every day, but never any replies from Tina. Her absence has gotten to a point, where she can’t think much.

To try and get her mind off of Tina, she decided to join Marla in her workout activities, and meditate and stretch while Marla did her thing. But it still wasn’t enough

• Oriole: Gmmmm. Ok, I have to say something
• Marla: Whats that tiny dude?
• Oriole: Im really worried about Tina. I haven’t seen or heard from her in 6 human months. What if she’s hurt? Or…what if she doesn’t want to speak to me?
• Marla: I’m sure thats not true. She hasn’t reached out to anyone. But shes probably just busy, and processing her truth. Not everyday you find out you were human turned android against your will
• Oriole; I know, I know, and I’m really happy shes trying to figure all that out! But, I’m her best friend. And that night when we discussed what she wanted to talk about she said she’d still reach out and we would talk more! And she hasn’t, and I just…I’m so worried about her, but, I mean am I wrong for being a little hurt as well?
• Marla: I don’t think so. But then again, i’m not sure what else you can do to change it. Just gotta keep forward, and hope for the best
• Oriole: …Ok…Ok…
• Marla: And hey, maybe your fun little planet could help you
• Oriole: I’ve seeked guidance in Cirus’s house (Cerian church) but I keep getting the same answer. What’ll come to pass is uncertain…

The two took a sigh of defeat, and continued their workout, and meditation

The two headed back to The Alumni for a few days before heading off to their next locations. Late at night Oriole is awoken by a noise. Its her ViewScreen, a call from Tina. She bolts up immediately and answers the call, only to see its The Caretaker on screen

• Oriole: O-Oh. Caretaker…
• Caretaker: Hello dear! Hope you’ve been good! Um, listen I know its late where you are, but I felt I needed to reach out to you about Tina’s situation
• Oriole: Whats the matter? Is she ok? Whats going on.
• Caretaker: Her, mental state is unstable. Ever since she got her emotions, and started work here, she’s gotten more and more unable to control it. We believe its a misalignment with her organic and non organic connections. I know this is, a shock but I figured after 6 months, her BFF deserved to know what was happening-
• Oriole: She’s what. Wh-She’s in this trouble and she didn’t tell me? Come to me for help? Heck she couldn’t muster up to call me herself!?
• Caretaker: Oriole you have to understand shes not well-
• Oriole: Not well? She knows I can help! I’m a doctor for the might of Cirus! I could have helped her this entire time! But she kept this from me!? She couldn’t come to me!? What does, does she not trust me or something!?
• Caretaker: Oriole please-
• Oriole: NO! This call is over! Goodbye.

Oriole wipes away the screen, ending the call. She then starts pacing back and fourth. Not knowing what to think
