Evolve from Kanekan Tentacool starting at level 32.

This Pokémon can send shockwaves through the water that paralyzes its prey. The smaller tentacles can hold large amounts of food as the Pokémon lazily eats. The long, prehensile arms give the worst shocks. They then pull the prey or opponent into a tight wrap, delivering powerful attacks at close range.

When their hunger is satiated and they don’t feel threatened, they will continue their floating, allowing smaller creatures and Pokémon to safely swim within their tentacles. There was once a popular boating company that would take people out to explore calm shoals, until the day the company forgot to feed them before a tour.
