Bae 146 Aviro Air by Claveworks on DeviantArt (original) (raw)

The BAe 146 was a short-haul airliner made by British Aerospace from 1983 until 2001. 387 were built and most remain in service around the world.

The 146 (also built as the Avro RJ) is a 4-engined high-wing aircraft featuring quiet operation and the ability to be used on steep approach path airports.

The three main versions were made by extending the fuselage from the first model - the 146-100 which had 70-90 seats, to the 146-200 which had up to 112 seats, to the 146-300 which had 128 seats.
