Description

This guy has no name yet. Some call him Shotgun guy or Blonde guy. From Final Fantasy VS XIII.

Aaaand his name is Prompto. Which in Latin means "to dispense".

It's a funny name actually, because "promp" in Norwegian means "fart". As in passing gas, fart.
