GEOrge_ and Bill become friends after accidentally running into each other during GEOrge_'s running training. Though they don't usually meet often, when they do, they act like old friends (This is because GEOrge_ is no threat whatsoever to Bill's evil plans and schemes against the Pines family. Not sure if that's a good thing or not... But they're still friends!)
