Chibi-Usa, or Sailor Chibi-Moon, had been such a brat to Usagi, or Sailor Moon herself, in those Sailor Moon series, Chibi-Usa had been doing a lot of selfish, mysterious, annoying, mean, nasty, and troublesome things to Usagi, and Sheriff from Cars, who had been hearing all about it, came and busted that little brat pretty good, and Usagi ought to be relieved that Chibi-Usa would already have eventually learned her lesson a long time after that!
