I don't say this much, but I AM KIND OF SORT OF PROUD OF THIS ONE!! My favourite part is the door handle. I'm serious, I love that door handle. And the open sign.

No reference used. But that's probably why it came out so plain.

I made this to practice perspective.

THE STORY:
One bright and shiny day, a guy asks this girl, here, out. He wants to go to the local cafe with her at 9AM. She accepts and arrives the next day at 9:01AM thinking she's late. But she doesn't see him anywhere, so she decided to wait in front for a while. She waits and waits and waits... then the clock struck 12PM and he still hasn't arrived. Thus what you see in the picture.

If you're curious as to what he's doing, I'll tell you. He accidentally slept in. That's all there is to it.
