I see that her neck stretches when she tries to pull her head out of the top hat. Means the top hat bore is very small and pinched Baki's neck. Her attempts to pull her head out of the top hat will then be unsuccessful and it is impossible to free her head from the top hat, but she may be unaware of this or ignore it and continue to try with all her might to pull her head out of the top hat unsuccessful.
